If you need help with anything, the fastest way to get support is through our Helpdesk form. Whether it’s a tech issue, access problem, billing question, or general enquiry—just submit a request and our team will pick it up straight away.

We monitor all submissions and aim to get back to you as quickly as possible during operating hours. If it comes through after hours, we’ll jump on it first thing the next business day.

How to UPGRADE your membership?

So you’ve been at Golf Athletics and want to take advantage of better pricing, maybe add on some coaching, please contact memberships team using the form above.

We’ll organise a time to either help you upgrade over the phone or organise a time to meet up with you to do so.

Holds?

To put a hold on your account, you can do so by accessing your
GymMaster App. Under Menu > Memberships > Add Hold.

Then apply the date ranges you require and your account will be put on hold. For holds lasting more than 8 week please send through a ticket using the form below.

Cancellations?

It’s a shame to hear that you want to cancel. We understand that circumstances change. For us to process a cancellation, we will need to calculate and get confirmation of you. Please remember we will not be able to guarantee the same price point in the future and a new joining fee is required.

To cancel you can do so by accessing your GymMaster App. Under Menu > Memberships.
