Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement & Definitions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (Terms) form a legally binding agreement between Golf Athletics Pty Ltd (Golf Athletics, we, us, our) and the individual accepting these Terms (Member, you).

1.2 By purchasing a membership, pass, coaching program, retail product, or by accessing any Golf Athletics facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1.4 Definitions:

  • Facility means any Golf Athletics location, including 24/7 unmanned facilities.

  • Prime Membership means a recurring membership billed weekly or monthly.

  • Pass Membership means casual or pay-per-use access.

  • RTZ Coaching means structured coaching programs delivered by Golf Athletics coaches.

  • Access App means the Golf Athletics mobile access application.

2. Membership Types

2.1 Prime Membership

  • Recurring membership billed in advance.

  • Subject to a minimum 30-day commitment.

  • Cancellation requires payment of a minimum of 30 days from the date of cancellation request.

  • Promotional commitments must also be satisfied.

2.2 Pass Membership

  • Casual, pay-per-use access.

  • No cancellation period applies.

  • Non-refundable except as required by law.

2.3 Trial / Guest / Introductory Access

  • Limited duration access.

  • Non-transferable.

  • Subject to facility rules and restrictions.

2.4 RTZ Coaching Memberships

  • Governed by the agreement between the Member and their Coach.

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are coach-dependent.

3. Refunds & Consumer Rights

3.1 Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all purchases are final and Golf Athletics does not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unused memberships

  • Unused sessions

  • Missed bookings

  • Unused time or services

3.2 Where required by law, Golf Athletics will comply with its obligations under the ACL.

4. Fees, Payments & Price Changes

4.1 Membership fees are payable in advance via approved payment methods. Members must have a valid credit card or debit card setup in their account which is accessible via the Golf Athletics Membership App. 

4.2 Failed payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Reasonable administration fees

  • Debt recovery action

4.3 Golf Athletics reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice.

4.4 Continued use of the Facility constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.

5. Access & Security

5.1 Facility access is strictly via the Golf Athletics App.

5.2 Members must maintain:

  • A compatible mobile device

  • Internet/data connectivity

  • A functional Golf Athletics Access App

5.3 Access rights are personal and non-transferable.

5.4 Sharing access or facilitating unauthorised entry is a serious breach.

5.5 Unauthorised guests may incur security fees or charges.

5.6 As a member of Golf Athletics, you acknowledge and consent to 24/7 surveillance for identification, safety, and security purposes. 

6. Guests & Minors

6.1 Golf Athletics operates as a members-only facility for adults 18 years of age or older.

6.2 Minors are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Bringing unregistered guests or minors may result in warnings, charges, suspension, or termination.

7. Bookings & Facility Use

7.1 Bookings may be required for bays, simulators, and coaching services.

7.2 Late arrivals may result in reduced or forfeited session time.

7.3 Golf Athletics may modify bookings for operational or safety reasons.

7.4 Duration of attendance with a valid Membership or Trail/Guest pass is unlimited per visit within a 24 hour day. This is in accordance with our fair use policy. 

7.5 Members are entitled to make booking during a given day ahead of time, please refer to schedules of fees and benefits below..

7.6 Members must vacate their space when asked to by a member who has booked to use any facility resources/spaces. 

7.7 Bookings that do not get checked in, will receive two warnings and then any subsequent missed bookings to any resources/spaces will incur a missed booking fee (see security fee schedule below).

7.8 Members must cancel their booking 60 minutes prior to the commencement of their booking. 

7.9 Resources at Golf Athletics, golf clubs, training aides, classes & events are available for our members to use, however, where resources become unavailable due to cancellations, resources being temporarily unavailable, or no longer available, Golf Athletics is not liable. 

7.9.1 Golf Athletics reserves the right to change Bookings, Resource schedules and times at its absolute discretion without prior notice

7.9.2 Golf Athletics will have golfing equipment available for use by members 24/7. These must be returned without damage or security fees. 

7.10 Usage of the Golf Athletics Facilities can be for personal learning, practice and play. 

7.10.1 Independent coaching is allowed at Golf Athletics, however the following conditions need to be met:

  • Coaches must not solicit for new students while at Golf Athletics, respecting member’s privacy and personal space

  • Coaches and students must have a valid Golf Athletics Membership, security fees apply for tailgating

  • Coaches abide by the same membership booking rights

  • Coaches must not inhibit other members from using the facility and abide by the Fair Use Policy

  • Independent Coaches do not represent themselves as Golf Athletics employees. 

7.10.2  Golf Athletics provides facility access only. Any coaching, instruction, or advice provided within the facility is delivered by independent coaches engaged directly by Members and not by Golf Athletics.

Golf Athletics does not employ, control, supervise, or endorse these coaches and accepts no responsibility for the content, quality, or outcomes of any coaching, instruction, or advice provided by them.

Members acknowledge that participation in golf training, practice, and coaching activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death. Members participate in all coaching sessions and physical activities entirely at their own risk.

7.11 Golf Athletics aim to provide availability for our practice and play environments, however, it is understood that from time to time, bays may malfunction and/or are under maintenance. Therefore it is important to reserve your facilities and under fair-play terms and conditions resources are not promised for unbooked facilities. 

8. Fair Use Policy

8.1 Memberships are intended for reasonable personal use.

8.2 Golf Athletics reserves the right to manage excessive or unreasonable usage, including:

  • Excessive bookings

  • Repeated cancellations

  • Repeated no-shows

8.3 No-Shows
Failure to attend booked sessions without adequate cancellation may result in:

  • Warnings

  • Temporary suspension of booking privileges

  • Suspension of membership access

8.4 This policy ensures equitable access to Facility resources for all Members.

9. Member Obligations

Members must follow these rules:

  • Apply common sense and follow all safety instructions in Golf Athletics

  • Use Golf Athletics equipment responsibly

  • Respect staff and other Members

  • Refrain from unsafe or disruptive behaviour

  • Dress appropriately and have adequate clothing

  • Do not enter the facility under the influence of drugs and alcohol

  • No Food or Drinks on Greens or in Bays - Spillage will incur security Cleaning fee 

  • Be responsible for their own possessions while at the Golf Athletics facility. Golf Athletics is not liable for any lost or stolen possessions.

  • If the Member uses storage facilities at Golf Athletics, they do so at their own risk, and Golf Athletics will not be liable for any loss or theft of possessions stored there.

  • Any lost possession left at Golf Athletics will be held for 7 days and if unclaimed within this time period, items will be disposed of.

  • Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, using drugs, eating food, or chewing gum while at the facility, in the carpark or any common areas. Smoking and/or vaping  is permitted on the nature strip outside. Golf Athletics is a strictly no-smoking and no-vaping facility.

  • Holds and cancellations are managed via your Golf Athletics App and you must abide by your allocated hold periods. 

10. Behaviour & Termination

10.1 Golf Athletics may suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of Terms

  • Unsafe behaviour

  • Abuse of staff or Members

  • Misuse of access

10.2 Termination may occur without refund except where required by law.

11. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

11.1 Golf activities involve inherent risks including injury.

11.2 By using the Facility, the Member:

  • Acknowledges these risks

  • Voluntarily assumes such risks

  • Warrants they are medically fit

11.3 Participation occurs at the Member’s own risk to the extent permitted by law.

12. Damage to Equipment

12.1 Members are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

12.2 Golf Athletics will recover repair or replacement costs (please refer to schedule of fees below).

13. Personal Property & Parking

13.1 Personal belongings are brought at the Member’s risk.

13.2 Golf Athletics is not liable for property loss or vehicle damage except where required by law.

14. Intellectual Property & Recording

14.1 All Golf Athletics materials remain our intellectual property.

14.2 Recording of coaching sessions is permitted only at the discretion of the Coach.

14.3 Approved recordings may be shared publicly.

15. Merchandise & Retail Purchases

15.1 Retail purchases are final and subject to ACL consumer guarantees.

15.2 No change-of-mind refunds apply.

15.3 Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the ACL.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Athletics excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.

16.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of services or replacement of goods.

17. Force Majeure

Golf Athletics is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, government restrictions, or emergencies.

18. Franchise & Multi-Site Operations

18.1 Golf Athletics may operate through related entities, franchisees, or licensees.

18.2 Access, pricing, and benefits may vary between locations.

19. Amendments

Golf Athletics may amend these Terms at any time with written notice.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

22. Schedule of Fees and Benefits

Prime Membership Access 247

$37.50 per week (inc GST)

Single Pass Membership 

$49 per visit. 

Security Fees

Security Fees Apply for the Following:

Tailgating: $350

Entry or Exit through Fire/Emergency doors during a Non Emergency : $350

Damage to Property/Assets:

Accidental Damage: Minimum of $150 plus the cost of materials to fix the damage or replacement. 

(Damage through normal use where accidental damage has occurred within facility rules).

Deliberate or wrongful: Minimum of $350 + plus the cost of materials to fix the damage or replacement.(Damage through abnormal use where damage has occurred outside facility rules or general purpose use).

Missed Booking fee: Pass Membership advertised price whichever is the higher amount.

Cleaning Fee: Minimum of $350 - Cleaning Fee for excessive debris caused by food, drink, dirty shoes and golf equipment (but not exclusively) plus any additional charges to cover replacement of surfaces in any part of Golf Athletics.

Security Fees Appeal: Any appeal to security fees must be done so in writing to Golf Athletics through to support@golfatheltics.golf. The appeal will be reviewed within 10 business days and a formal response will then be presented.

Holds

Annually, a member receives 8 Weeks for Prime Memberships within a year of membership start date. 

Active Promotions

2026 3-4-1 Promotion

  • Available for new members only. 

  • Members will be charged for their first month upfront and get their second and third months for free.

  • Members will be charged for their fourth month prior to the month commencing. 

  • Once the promotion period has ended, customers continue to pay their membership until cancelled.

  • 30 day cancellation notification periods apply throughout the memberships and promotional period.

Booking rights

Members of Prime and Pass memberships are entitled to 1-hour of facility bookings per day. Additional time is available based on facility availability and is considered "free play".

“Free play” allows you to use any unbooked facilities for as long as they are unbooked.
